It starts in the most remote regions of the earth. And with some cooperation from Mother Nature, comes a perfect crop. Once the cashews are at their peak of ripeness, the meticulous handpicking process begins where only the finest cashews are stamped with our highest standard Colossal.
Our roast masters begin the delicate process of roasting these cashews to golden perfection followed by a dusting of just the right amount of salt. Within moments of being roasted our cashews are immediately hand-packed and vacuum-sealed in our reusable containers while the cashews are still warm! When you break the seal on our signature container you will smell and soon taste the locked-in freshness. You will experience a burst of flavor like never before.
